Step 1 - Project Scope

Before we get started, we need to know the goals and objectives of the project. What does the client need their website to accomplish? If the client has a current website, what on that website works and what doesn't? Once the client's needs are completely understood, we can then move on to the next step.

Step 2 - Project Quote

With a complete understanding of the projects objectives, we can now move onto working up a quote for all the development steps. We take into account all the requirements for graphics, programming, development, etc. Once we have that all worked out we send off a quote to the client.

Step 3 - Client Approval & Contracts

Once the client agrees that the quote meets their approval, we put together a simple contract detailing all the work to be done and the rates. The client and Studio B Designs will both sign the contract and retain a copy for their records. The initial deposit is also taken care of at this point.

Step 4 - Website Construction

Once the client and Studio B have agreed on the story board, it is time to move on to the actual construction phase of the project.

Step 5 - Adjustments & Final Design

With all of the content in place, we go over everything and make any adjustments that need to be made. Once this step is complete it is time to move on to the final stage.

Step 6 - Billing & Launch

The final bill will now be submitted to the client. Upon payment, the website will be moved to the client's host and uploaded to the internet.
